ComfyeyewearReviews of comfyeyewear.com

No stars. Scammers make the return process unmanageable intentionally in order to keep your cash. Avoid at all costs. Incorrectly made glasses, physician verified, and I'm out hundreds of dollars. Scam. Unethical. Illegal. #seeyouincourt

I have found the experience with ComfyEyewear.com to be a pain vs good company to work with. The processing of my order was good. The product deliver was what I ordered, except the lens did not fit what I need. Trying to process a lens exchange or return, Comfyeyewar was not helpful, other than I can buy another set of lens. Trying to return the glasses within the 30 day window, they pointed me to the website return policy which was not the same conditions I was assuming when I ordered. There is a 15% restocking fee, you must process the return prior to sending your return, and must ship the item(s) within 3 days of getting the return number. While I order the lens with the frames, the lens are excluded from the 30 day return period ... cut lens are not refundable (which was not my understanding). Save yourself some hassle and go to Lens Crafters who has great customer service. expected the lens to be part of the return

I saw several negative reviews on Comfyeyewear after I ordered glasses from them, so I was a little nervous. However, my experience was excellent. Genuine Oakley Airdrop frames, in manufacturer packaging, with prescription transition lenses that seem perfect, in 8 days from order to delivery, for only about $50 more than the list price of the frames from Oakley. This how online glasses should work. Thank you Comfyeyewear, my next order goes to you.

Horrible company They won’t refund your money even after you follow their return policy to the letter. They sent glasses missing 1 demo lens and when I sent them back they refused to refund my money because 1 demo lens was missing. This company should be charged with fraud.

Stay away! They send me scratched frames. And are definitely knock offs. After contacting them, they refuse replacement of refund.

They send the wrong prescription and then blame the customer. Customers cannot return a wrong prescription even though the website clearly states you can return the eyeglasses if you don't like them.

BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE. I order some new eyeglass frames and paid for expedited shipping because I leaving the country soon. They message me that my address is incorrect. The address is correct USPS, UPS, FEDEX, AMAZON all deliver to my address given. They dragged out the order for 3 days then they canceled order. Now to late for me to receive new eye glasses before I leave.

If there was 0 star, I would give them 0. ordered Designer frames and lenses, never received them, Emailed them, did not receive reply.
