If I could do a zero I would. I called within 12 hours of placing my order to cancel it and get a refund. Iwas told it had already shipped. That was a lie. I got a tracking number which I couldn’t access showing it in Spain with only 1 item of 3 that I ordered. I looked at my credit card and was charged more than the total amount showing on that order. It was hell to get $11.36 back. I have been through 12 plus emails detailing why I want my money back, no proof on my other two items still to come, etc. They refuse to address my concerns. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY PLACATE YOU WITH FRAUDULENT INFORMATION. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I ordered three items from an Instagram ad at the beginning of November. One item arrive 12/6. The other two got lost and customer service was no help. I contacted the post office and they said it was lost and the seller needed to file a claim. They again kept brushing me off. It was then given a redelivery attempted on 12/21 with postage due because the label was fake!! They continue to blow me off and I’ve filed a dispute with my credit card. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Ordered a grinch jacket no conformation of delivery or even if I ordered it a month ago

I ordered two items in mid-November. One item arrived but the other is "in transit". I've received no updates or have I seen the item "move" from its current supposed location in Columbus, OH. It originated, according to the tracking, in Sweden. I will never buy from this company again. BTW, the item I received is as cheap and crappy as one can imagine. Don't waste your money. 12/30/24 UPDATE: So my package indeed arrived today via USPS. I think it took about 6 weeks. The craziness about the shipping details remain a mystery and the return address on the package was Chicago. The quality of this shirt is better than the leggings but the sizing is way off. I ordered a large for a 6 ft., 190 lb man and what I received could fit a 7 ft. 300 lb man. This whole thing is a complete annoyance and waste of time & money. A return is out of the question..

Wish I would have read the reviews first but my husband was so excited when he found their grinch shirts. Ordered over a month ago and nothing. The tracking just says in transit and the customer service says no refunds since it’s been shipped. Stay away! Go the Amazon way!

Whatever you do don’t waste your money ! I ordered months ago and never got my product nor money back ! This group has a AI for customer’s service! DONT ORDER comes from China with no tracking number !

Ordered a shirt in November for Christmas they take the money right away and they have since provided 2 different tracking numbers and both don't move and still have no product. Contacting the company is useless with no response. Beware 100 a scam to me!

A simple shirt order took over 6 weeks to recieve and when I did, it is such poor quality I am sorry I ordered. Buyer beware, pictures are decieving!
