Placed my Christmas order on 12/1/2023 and still have not received. The product shipped from Burgos, Spain. There website portrays to by be US, but they are NOT! I'm hoping the quality is good so maybe I will get to wear next Christmas! SCAMADVISER (which I did not check, my fault): Website rating is low. Be careful.

Ordered my sweatshirts on November 12th, it's now December 20th and I still have no clue when I'll be receiving them. For the last 5 days, the tracking has said it's "made it to United States Customs" with no actual delivery date. I've emailed customer service many times for a refund and they won't issue one and can not help with the delivery issues. I wouldn't recommend them at all!

This site is a china based rip off!! Never received items. Will not refund. Receive only standard written answers to inquiries.

I ordered a Christmas shirt Nov 15, 2023. Here it is Dec 18 and no shirt. I have a tracking number that has shown it in New Jersey for 4 days. Checked out the company that the tracking number is for. Says its a scam. Hopefully PayPal can do something. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this company. The few positive reviews they have are probably fake. DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!! UPDATE My shirt finally got here. It's not sweatshirt material but it does feel good. It runs small. I normally wear a large shirt. This shirt fits but if it shrinks in anyway it will be too small. I won't order from this company again. I was not satisfied with the quality or service.

If I could give them a 0 rating, I would. Ordered a mens 3XL “sweatshirt” and it is no bigger than an XL in mens. Have gone back and forth with them for over a month now. They want to give me $3.00 and keep the shirt! Told them that is a joke and issue a full refund. No replies in over a week. Loser company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, and if you do, order 2 sizes up and hope you get what you are thinking you are going to get. It is NOT a sweatshirt material at all.

The company advertises fast shipping from anywhere-it took 6 weeks. The product was described as a sweatshirt and there is absolutely no fleece. The shirt is nothing like the photo. They also claim to have a 30 day money back guarantee and yet the best they came up with was to give me $5 for a nearly $60 order and let me keep the junk shirts! Very slow to respond, no phone, only text.

Wish I'd come across these reviews before ordering! I placed 2 separate orders from this company on 10/29/23 and thought it was a company in Hawaii based on their Facebook ad. It took just under a month for me to receive only some time of the items I ordered. I gave it them a little more time but ended up not receiving the missing items. I contacted them through PayPal. They wanted a picture of the items I did receive, and I sent it. Then they wanted a copy of the waybills, which I don't have and told them so. Then they wanted a picture of the packaging for the items I did get. I don't keep trash laying around like that so I told them I don't have the packaging. Today they responded that they didn't receive the picture of the packaging, so it's apparent they aren't even reading my responses. It's been escalated to Paypal for resolution. They appear to be a company in China and NOT U.S. based at all. And oh yeah, they charged me 20% tax on one of the orders and 25% on the other!
