They sent me the shirt I ordered but in the wrong color. I've contacted them multiple times and haven't received a response.

I ordered 2 shirts and when I received my order, one of the shirts was not one I ordered. It was a father's day gift, and I really wanted to gift the shirt. I contacted support TWICE and didn't receive any reply either time. Fathers day came and went and now I have a shirt no one will ever wear. If I coyld give them 0 stars I would.

Received the wrong item ! The shirt I received was not only wrong but stunk soooo bad !!!!! It was a Father’s Day gift ! I sent an email and still haven’t heard back !!!! What a disappointment!!!!!

Received the wrong item, emailed very kindly to get a return label and send it back. I was clear I still wanted the correct item not a refund. Was very nice. They blocked me on fb where I ordered from instead of responding. Over the span of the week I emailed two more times. No response. It was a Father’s Day present or it was supposed to be. I would not recommend ordering from this company at all. I would choose any other company to ensure you receive the right item and customer service honestly, with the service I received I’m grateful I even got anything because this seems a bit like a scam to me.

I ordered two shirts from them and one came delivered with an ink stain across the front of it. I have been trying to get in contact with them for weeks now (via phone and email), but they have never once replied back. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE - or should I say NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER. Thanks for ruining a Father’s Day shirt Comfortholic.

Received my order and was disappointed in the front decal sizes and placements. I tried to reach out multiple ways to see if they would remake my order. No response from them, at all. I’m having to dispute the charge with my bank. So sad, as I was really looking forward to my order and had plans to order more from them.
