Tacking emails

Could you clarify what you mean by “Tacking emails”? Did you mean tracking emails (for shipping updates), or are you referring to email communication with customer service? Let me know so I can assist you better!

My first bra did not fit and contacted Comfi who took care of the exchange fast and quickly. Now waiting for the bigger size to come in. Great customer service.

Very comfortable. Love the seamless straps and band. Pretty design. Wish I could tailor band and cup size. Band fits great but my cups still floweth over and I’d like more support from straps to hold the girls up. EDIT AFTER SEEING COMPANY’s REPLY: I wouldn’t say I’m completely satisfied, due to the items I mentioned. But at this point (I’m 10 mos postpartum), I just need something that fits better than what I’ve been wearing, and dealing with returning the items feels like more trouble than it’s worth for me right now. I imagine I’ll continue looking for that “perfect bra” into the future.

The bra is great, shipping takes too long.

Cute & comfy. Quick shipping. Only negative is that the tall design for the band is a challenge for sleeveless/summer tops.

Customer service is good and the product is beautiful but I had problems with sizing. I have a larger chest and the description said that the bra I got would still fit, but it wasn’t even close to holding everything in.
