Assinei um contrato com o Cometly há 8 meses. No início, recebemos um bom suporte e as coisas fluíram bem. No entanto, aos 6 meses, o Cometly retirou nosso suporte, deixando apenas um e-mail que nunca respondia ou demorava muito a responder. Aos 8 meses, o Cometly começou a ter muitos problemas, e nosso tráfego ficou travado por 2 semanas. O suporte não respondia, e quando finalmente passou a responder, já tínhamos buscado outras alternativas devido ao impacto em nosso trabalho. Após resolvermos nossos problemas, tentamos voltar para o Cometly, mas, depois de 20 dias sem usá-los, eles queriam cobrar um valor 3 vezes maior do que o que estávamos pagando, com planos diferentes dos que tínhamos no contrato. Tivemos que sair do Cometly por causa desses problemas e ficamos frustrados com o suporte e a falta de consideração com clientes antigos. Não recomendo pois após o vencimento do contrato eles vão querer cobrar um valor muito mais caro de você.

Its just another tool with a bunch of complicated options, the pricing is also too high. Not worth it if you are looking for a all rounder tool.

I agree with many others avoid at ALL costs! It's not an easy set up number 1, then they are always changes set up processes and your ads and campaigns just stop tracking, on top of that their Customer Service is the WORST! count on 24hrs + to get a response that usually directs you to and help article mostly without a video. I will not be renewing with them even if it means not marketing anymore, currently looking at other options out there for tracking. to pay $2000+ yr and not have the customer support is not okay with me.

Avoid this app. Non-existent customer service and they don't even allow you to cancel subscription in your dashboard. Had to block the card. Please avoid at all costs.

Worst customer support EVER. I sent them countless emails because I needed assistance...many of them asking for a refund. They NEVER answered me, via email or chat. They charge you yearly and that is really bad, there are ton of other apps or websites that are great and charges you monthly. It was my mistake to pay for this. I don`t recommend this to anyone!!

I wouldn't recommend to consider getting into Cometly. They have only 1 yearly plan for $2000 or more (after you schedule a call with them) and forget about getting a refund if you don't like it for any reason. The support team is not knowledgeable and most of the time you will not get the best answer.

The worst experience in a long time... Tracking on regular shopify pages are not that great, I was getting around 75-85% of my purchases tracked. Which isn't too good when paying 5k with no guarantees (like hyros) or any way to get a refund. Support is bad, you get like 1 reply once per day(AT MOST), via chat. Takes ages to actually get any help. Can't book a meeting unless you demand a refund lol. When they eventually do reply it's with an article, and then they start explaining their top of the line tracking systems and fingerprinting etc. Then they just tell you to wait and the tracking will get more accurate( believe me it wont). So service is bad, price is high, no guarantees, you have to pay for an entire year so you're basically stuck and then the racking is terrible as well. But then on top of that, if you're going to be using funnels outside of shopify like click funnels or funnelish etc. IT DOESN't WORK AT ALL. But they won't tell you that. On funnels, tracking is like 50%, which means FB is way more accurate anyways. It can't track the value of the purchases so you can't see CPA, ROAS, Sales etc. I've been trying to get help for like 2 months, they say everything is set up correctly. But it still don't work, which basically means the software is just trash. Then they tell me to use the standard FB integration instead, but still no refund. At this point I'm basically their guinea pig, since I have to try like 3 different solutions that MIGHT work. I didn't buy a 5k program for it to not work and then have to be your test person for new updates. It's supposed to just work... I was told i needed to install a new third party program called Zapier, that would send events from my funnel, to Cometly so they could track it. Something Cometly should be able to do on it's own... Still that didn't work and i got like 20% tracking. Overall wasted $5,000 and about 2 months of back and forth. If you're using regular Shopify pages, it works OK, but you'll get better tracking elsewhere for a cheaper price. If you're using funnels they will gladly take your money but not tell you it doesn't work.
