Comet chat is great. The team is very responsive when you need any customisation done for your website. It is probably the most user-friendly chat out there. Further, the admin panel is also very clear and easy to use. I recommend anyone to use comet chat when they need a third party chat client to connect people or customers in general with a service representative.

We have been using CometChat for almost a year, there were many bugs but they have worked on removing them over the period of time. The support has improved over the period of time. The documentation is easy to understand, their API is easy to integrate. The only change I would like to see is it should have in-built recording option.
