This company flat out sucks. I’m all for supporting veterans but this isn’t it. The bags are mediocre quality at best (tons of loose threads already showing in 30 days). My biggest complaint is the absolute AWFUL customer service. It might as well be non existent. I paid for shipping insurance ($5 no biggy) and with that I am supposed to not pay a restock fee if I choose to return or exchange. Well, I did return and exchange and I was still charged a restock fee. I get it, it’s $5, but I should not have been charged for it and I’ve sent at least 10+ emails now over 3-4 weeks and have gotten zero answers. Only time I got an answer when my order first shipped (it was 3 weeks of no updates) was because I filed a chargeback and suddenly they perked up and responded within 30 minutes. Other than some unique designs, these bags are nothing special and their customer service alone makes me want to throw the bags I do have in the trash because I’m absolutely not encouraging anyone to purchase even a sticker from this company.

Customer service is nonexistent. I was charged a restocking fee for a shirt that was out of stock. Poor business practice at best. I was greeted with an email saying they are moving warehouses and it's on them that the 1-3 day shipping times will be delayed. Upon further review, this is a common practice with this bogus company. They blame delays on themselves when it's apparent that the product is made in another country whike them claim its 100% US made. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. 0% accountability along with 0 integrity. Please steer clear of this dumpster fire of an excuse for a US patriot company. Value is midgrade at best, shirts shrunk after initial wash. I wish 0 stars was an option for this review.

Wrong size wanted an exchange but I can’t get an order number sent

Out of atleast 25 emails, ive had correspondence with an actual human once. I paid for the membership but have not actually received what this company advertised. I have not received a exchange nor a refund on separate orders.

I wore these shorts once gym one time and the seam between the legs split. Absolutely ridiculous.

Purchased a duffle bag for a trip i was leaving for! Initial shipping obligation stated it would arrive before the trip! That proved to be false and now the bag will be sitting on my porch for 2 weeks!

Your customer service is terrible! If i could give 0 stars I would. This is my third order. I dont know why I keep ordering because I have an issue every single time! I was suppose to get a 20% discount for ordering through the app. I did not and my email about is still unanswered. Last time I ordered it took over 3 weeks to even process my order and ship. Multiple emails and calls went un answered till after I received my order. Long explanation was given about what happened but apparently nothing has changed.

placed order June 27th, nothing ever delivered. July 13 reached out to customer service, they stated our package was still out for delivery. Now august 24th still nothing, no refund, no items. just keep getting Shop app updates saying they are going to send the shirt. The final email response from customer service stated they never sent and email saying the item was still on its way, when i sent a copy of the email i recieved they stated "that was a mass email sent to everyone", why would they send out a mass email on items not being delivered, guess this is how the company works. very disappointed.
