I still have not received my order and nobody is responding to my emails.

Delivery is horrible. I never received my item, just a note that it had been rerouted. Why? How do I fix it? Don’t waste your money, they can’t get delivery right. And yes, I put the correct address and zip. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Charged for patch’s and backpack. Well they never shipped the backpack. I have photo proof based off the package they sent and the Amazon photo that was used for delivery. Iam told to go through a claims process and here we are 5 days later and Iam told I have another day until my claim is reviewed. BS what’s to review you have the photo evidence from shipper and what I received. If this bag isn’t overnight air shipped Iam filing with my cc as fraud

I received the wrong size item and so far no one will get back with me or answer my emails to get it mitigated. I tried to submit online and it was denied.

These guys charged me to exchange for a smaller size, never informed me they received the return, proceed to give me the run around for a month and still won’t ship the shorts or return my money. Bunch of losers. Do not buy from them

Very expensive in the first place, then added "insurance" fee and shipping fulfilled by Amazon. I guess I should have ordered on prime and saved the shipping fee. I now get peppered several times a day by email, even though I made sure to not subscribe to it. Do you really think I need to hear from your company constantly? Not worth my money or the hassle of getting spammed several times a day.
