CMBT app vs. Website
The shorts on the CMBT app were cheaper, but the size was not available. However when I went to the website, they were available in the color and size. WTF?

They left my order hanging for over a month. Then acted like nothing happened... I placed a second order and get it a month before my first order. Pain in the ass, and I am a member...

Love the products and I’ve stood by the company for years now. Was excited to finally use my banked up rewards to get another pair of shorts that I wasn’t planning on getting. Not impressed with the fact that I clicked redeem points ($25 off) to learn that it wouldn’t let me use it on just 1 pair. And from what I could tell the only way to not lose the $25 off at that point was to add another pair that I really wasn’t planning on getting as the points were deducted from my account at that point. So much for being a “reward.” And then I also couldn’t use the 20% off code that was texted to me either which prompted me looking in the first place. Hope you guys turn things around soon.
