Where to start ? Slow shipping ? Their site says they ship in 1-3 days, took them a week to get it out the door. On May 7th my order was delivered, unfortunately I only received 3 or the 6 shorts I ordered, I began contacting their customer support immediately, 2 emails, 2 times of filling out their customer support request via their website, I text message and 1 phone call before I got a response. That response was a link to start a claim, fill Out email and order number; the result unable to start claim none of your items are eligible for return. The worst part is on Sunday May 10th I ordered 4 shorts from a company in the United Kingdom, they are projected to be delivered on May 14th; 4 days to process the order, ship it, and deliver it; these folks can’t even get your order out the door in that time and they’re in this country, that’s pretty pathetic if you ask me

Wish it was lower. I ordered with them 7 days ago. A fanny pack and 2 pairs of shorts. After I got the conformation email I realized one pair of shorts was now a small instead of 2x and the other pair of shorts was the wrong design. I emediatly emailed ND asked if I could modify the order.... Of course with this company they send an automated response that someone would reach out within 24hours. 24 hours later I gave up and called them and got some customer service guy saying they only allow a 15 min exchange window from the time of order but that he would send it too a manager. 24 hours later I contacted them again just too basically get a, nothing we can do. Pay too send it back if you want too return the shit you cant and won't ware. Now its been 6 days. Package has not even been processed. Also all of their adds are ai cause their ceo is a chud

Terrible customer service. They say you have time to change your order or correct it but they will not answer the phone or emails. Horrible company. Run and warn anyone trying to do business with combat iron apparel

I placed an order and immediately saw one of the shirts was ordered in the wrong size so I reached out right away to make a change to the order. I was told it was too late (sent the email within minutes of placing order). Then it took 9 days to even process the order. Literally could have driven from coast to coast, physically changed the order, and made it home before they even processed my order. Would not recommend

Ordered a pair of shorts and the next morning realized I accidently selected the wrong size. Their cancelation policy on the website states an order can be canceled within 24 hours. It was around 17 hours later I emailed them asking to cancel the order so I can wait for the correct size to be in stock and order again. I was told you really only have 15 minutes after the order is placed to cancel. I told them it's fine I will just return them when I get them in. I did not realize I would be charged a restock fee. It has now been 7 days since the order was placed and it is still in "processing". I've already ordered shorts from another company, got the shorts, and worn the shorts before this company has even created a shipping label. I've opened a dispute with PayPal to get my refund and the order canceled.

Bought two hats over a week ago and they haven't shipped them! I tried canceling the order and they told me I couldn't do that because it wasn't within 15 minutes of the order being placed. That was 4 days ago and nothing has been done since. Do not buy from them as it's ridiculous.

I had high expectations for Combat Iron Apparel, but the experience fell short. Communication is extremely poor. Multiple emails went unanswered, and there was no meaningful follow-up or support when trying to resolve a basic issue. That level of unresponsiveness makes it difficult to trust the company. As for the product, the “woobie” was a major disappointment. The original design is a proven, functional piece of gear, but this version feels like a downgrade. The quality and construction don’t match the reputation or the name—it comes across as a low-grade blanket rather than something built to the standard people expect. Between the lack of customer service and the drop in product quality, I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from them.

Well I ordered a pair of joggers on March 2 and after 3 delays I contacted customer service by email, because they don't have a phone number. They sent me the link to my order which I already had but never gave me a reason why the delay. The last update said March 13 and well as expected no package. And no updated delivery date. Georgia to Pennsylvania should take 3 to 5 days tops. Their website says they ship through usps or ups, but somehow amazon is involved. A refund has been requested however after reading some other reviews I feel as if I will never see it. As a veteran I like to support other veterans, but I will never support this company ever again.
