I filed my taxes through them this year because it was offered through chime and there were pretty good experiences on Reddit. The process was simple everything went thru says approved in IRS site. Nothing after that. I filed 1/21. It is 3/5. I have NEVER gotten my taxes this late. My return isn’t even a big one I don’t file anything special it’s simple. I contacted the irs they don’t even see anything on their end and mentioned that lots of people have been contacting them about filing through chime with column tax. I contacted column and just an automatic message with no resolution or update. 0/10 would not recommend.
