All good in the end
So, I ordered two things from these guys and then read a lot of bad reviews on the web. I figured I had been scammed. However, the first and less-expensive item arrived quite quickly. I was able to track both packages and was just waiting for the second one to arrive. Then the tracking on the second item stopped. I contacted the company who told me that they would send me a new item. That didn't sound right. I asked why they would send me a new item when I was already tracking the package but they told me just to trust them..... Anyway, Canadian postal strike bought them some time and they actually sent me an email in regards to the strike causing delays. Still hadn't heard anything for 2 months so I wrote them demanding a refund or the item I had ordered. The next day I got a refund. Thank you. I think they buy things from a third party but can't always get the item in a timely manner. In the end, all is well.
