i just do not get anywhere with them , They keep reffering me to their website to craft my colour and I cannot get pass the message below At this time, your colour needs personalised attention from one of our colourists to ensure you get exactly the shade you’re looking for.

Color does last on beard and mustache no longer than 2 or 3 hot showers

My hear in the my second attempt to color got burn out.. not happy how my heair looks..

Not a bad product overall but the hype around it being individually coloured to you is just marketing speak. I used the product on a short beard and the effect only lasted a few days (I think that is more to do with the growth rate than the product though). My low score is that I only used a very small fraction of the product so is a huge waste of money. Unlike other products, you can't just mix the amount you need and then use the rest at a later date. Having asked, they don't do smaller bottles so overall it just felt like a lot of money for a small amount of product

Die erste Erfahrung war gut: gelungene Farbabstimmung -´der Einführungspreis. Dann ein deutlich teureres Abo. Bei kurzen Haaren lässt sich die Portion aber halbieren. Die Farbwirkung war schwächer als erwartet - mit verlängerter Einwirkungsdauer war ich zufrieden - der Ton tatsächlich sehr gut getroffen! Abo ist bei vielen Lieferanten das beliebteste Geschäftsmodell - und wird oft als "Licence to charge" verstanden. So auch bei Colorsmith. Zwar kommt vor jeder Lieferung eine Mail mit der Ankündigung - aber auf meine Mails die Termine zu ändern, wird nicht reagiert. Dazu wird frühzeitig abgebucht! Ändert sich da nichts, muss ich wohl auf eine harte Tour abbremsen.

This was my first hair and beard colour 7 months ago and I didn’t have the best experience. However they now have a permanent colour version to fully colour rather than fade greys so as they sent a discount code I decided to try this again. I selected the 100% coverage option when ordering. Unfortunately despite following the instructions to the letter I was still left with greys in my hair and particularly in my beard. I won’t be using this again, tried it twice and it doesn’t do what it says it will.

The result is what matters... Terrible. I specifically told my "colorist" hard to cover with red highlights. "ash may be best," cs responded. I will not give them a second chance. Prior I used Simpler but it faded on here quick.
