product NOT RECEIVED. the company is a total SCAM. Also they will subscribe you to their plan without your consent and charge you without notice

This business is fraudulent. While their product does indeed exist and gets shipped, they will - without telling you - enrolling you in a subscription that you cannot cancel. There simply is not way of cancelling it through their website and they do not respond to e-mails on this issue, nor can they be contacted by telephone.

don't trust also this company. 'Turn off' your account is a very dodgy sounding phrase. A website designed to make anything involving your money difficult to change should always be avoided. I have hopefully closed it today but i am going to contact PayPal to prevent them taking any money. If they can offer you the over packaged product for only 11 Eiro why does the price go up to 39 EUro !!!

They will not allow your to cancel . I have cancelled twice and they keep charging me extortionate prices for badly made hair colour. They don’t have a working phone number and no one responds to emails or messages. The positive reviews here are written by paid marketing resources since the language seems unlike a real customer, the same review is promoting the companies other products. I’m going to contact my credit card company to chargeback. This is a fraud and they aught to be fined. I will also be writing to the trading standards.
