They listen to your requests and you can tell when your order comes in. This due is way better than some “close is good enough” die you find at the store.

Easy to use, fast cleanup, color looks good. Not much more to say.

Good color match and easy to apply. Really like that it does not stain my skin. I also like the follow up on shade and results to see if anything needs to be adjusted or changed.

I used to get my hair coloured in a salon. My Uncles all went grey in their early 30s. The salon experience was nice but costly and they often coloured my hair way too dark. So it looked coloured which defeats the purpose. Then I found Colorsmith. And I'm glad I did. Not only is it a more cost-effective option, the colour is great. I've had two to three different colour formulations, to get the blend just right. And now, I'm over the moon and am looking younger, which is sadly quite important in the ageist world we live in. I also get Colorsmith's shampoo and conditioner. I used Head and Shoulders for over a decade as I had a dandruff problem. But I've had no dandruff since using Colorsmith's hair care products. Needless to say, I'm a very happy convert. I'm also surprised at the low average rating here. It feels like people need to take personal responsibility for A) the colour mix they choose and B) how they apply it. Give your colourist really helpful info and photos and follow the instructions. It couldn't be easier. Oh and the customer service is excellent.
