Overall the product works well. My hair is completely silver and grows pretty fast so hiding the gray can be challenging.

Color doesn't hold any better than those available over the counter for less cost. It's just as easy to use a subscribe and save on Amazon Prime for same day or one day shipping or go to my local store within walking distance and not pay any shipping fees. Don't get me wrong, the product is decent just not worth the cost. They contacted me in the beginning of my original plan and did replace the order with no charges to make a change to the color. They are a good company that stands by their product and the product ships with nice small items that you won't find in store such as strong gloves, skin color protectant and color stain remover. However based on the short amount of time that the color lasts doesn't justify the new shipping costs.

Too expensive for the color that will darken your beard for a few days since the remaining dye just goes to waste. By the time my beard has grown out and shows a little bit of white, it is no longer useful. Granted, it works really well but $30 every week?? That is nuts.

I can't get the perfect salt and pepper look. The process to apply the dye to your hair should be easier. It's hard to squirt the dye onto your head.

Mixed review. First, customer service, packaging, delivery, and communication were exceptional. The product was easy to use. However, at the end of the day, it comes down to the product doing its job. During my questionnaire, I was asked how often I wanted to color my beard and I replied 6 weeks. The color was perfect for the first week. All gray covered. But after a week it started to fade and within 2 weeks I was pretty much back where I started. Also, they give you a TON of product. I ordered for beard and hair even though I only needed to touch up my sideburns and the small areas above my ears, and there was enough application for 2 full colorings even if I had colored both my beard and hair. The product does not keep after mixed and therefore I basically threw away a half bottle of application. And at the price point, which is considerably more than most companies out there, it just seemed a waste. So I guess the question is, would I use the product again? The answer, YES if they could figure out a way for it to last longer. Honestly, I never wash my bead in the shower and actually go out of my way to avoid it so that the color does not fade. So again, it is disappointing that it didn't even last 2 weeks.

The color certainly looked natural. The problem i have with it is it didn't change all the hair black. I do like the customer service. I have confidence that they will get it right.

Product didn't cover the grey as well as it should have for the price. I will try again and if the same results I'm not going to use this product anymore.

The overall color effect is very short-lived even after your extending the recipe and times. The store-bought product lasts quite a bit longer.
