Did not order these scents just showed up on my bill. I will be cancelling

Never recieved package making it seem like I want free products I paid for this package mind you. It is the holidays and stuff gets lost at the facility or during delivery I also was told by usps it’s marked delivered before so they have 48 hours to deliver its been a WEEK no package only received mail that day I explained its on camera usps cannot help me their best advice was that I speak with CustomerS and let them know because they only ship. Very devastating this was my gift my husbands came his other one got lost as well but atleast one gift showed up and it wasn’t colognecurators and now I have to file a pointless police report against a good delivery place and a weird brand. Not even sure how to explain it’s the holidays my stuff was never delivered. It said mail room it usually has a photo with it no photo ever came with it like the other ones the package wasn’t even by the door or even in the big aero boxes with t the key. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN COMPLETE SCAM this is after a week and a half update of course. Jennifer said I need a police report like I’d lie about a small tube of perfume I can get from macys but cannot travel so I orderedz CHARMBOX even fixed the lost order cause I paid for shipping protection!!! I paid shipping protection here too so there’s no way!!!! They didn’t even consider a address change to assure safety.

The first time I bought from Cologne Curators, everything went great. The second time I ordered a much larger group of samples and every single scent was contaminated in some way. All the samples had the same bad, off odor attached to them, and I knew what some of the samples should have smelled like from previous use. I contacted the company and got a "all sales are final", no interest in trying to make things right. Their product was defective; they should have tried to meet me halfway.

Horrible experience! Avoid this company at all cost. This was my first time ordering from Cologne Curators and it's definitely my last. They list a phone number on their website, nobody ever picks up. They have an email you contact and the girl that responds needs to check with her "manager" that never gets back to you. The main issue: I ordered a 10ML Tom Ford decant and it wasn't filled to the top. It looked like at least 30 sprays we're missing. I sent a picture over to the email and even sent a different 10 ML decant from a different company that was sprayed 4-5 times and it still had a thumbnail width difference. Terrible follow-up, terrible customer service. There are so many other companies you can order from and you won't have these issues (Scents Angel, Venba, Maxaroma). Stay far away from this company. If you have an issue they do nothing to help or care to help.

Ordered a fragrance sample from Cologne Curators and guess what? It arrived EMPTY. Literally nothing inside. I immediately contacted customer service with pictures as proof, and after TWO WEEKS, I’m still waiting. All I’ve gotten is the usual “We need to check with our manager” nonsense. Total waste of time and money—stay away unless you love paying for air and endless excuses.

Hello, I am following up. Cologne Curators does not respond to complaints regarding their service. I placed an order, they told me it would ship out and I still have not received it. I am requesting help because Cologne Curators has not responded to emails regarding this order in 77558 Please help, as this was an important gift and I have no perfume and I purchased shipping insurance..it seems like they do not want to even reply so I suggest to stay away It arrived after a delay and was damaged Cologne Creators is refusing to accept returns even though it was damaged

I've shopped at many decant and sample websites and I have never had an experience like this. They are selling fake and watered down product and marketing it as the real thing. Disgustingly shady business that needs to be exposed. Go elsewhere instead of wasting your hard-earned money on watered down perfume. Cologne Curators you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Not real COLOGNES. The real stuff last all day. Your stuff Disappears in 2 or 3 hours
