We have had a few issues this holiday season with garments being incorrectly sized or mislabeled by the original manufacturer and we will always refund or replace defective items, at no cost to you. We will contact you directly you to check on the garment measurements. For the incorrect item, we hope you can give it to a family member, friend, or donate it to a good cause!

Hi Dennis, We're so sorry to hear about your experience. All of our hooded sweatshirts are Gildan Style 18500, which is one of the most popular across the graphic printing industry. However, if there was a defect in the particular garments you received (either they were cut or tagged wrong resulting in them fitting incorrectly), we will always replace them at no cost to you.
