The “Doors of Durin” environment I purchased was something I felt a need to have after seeing a video showcasing it. My only reason for rating this at 4 stars, instead of 5, was due to damage my product received during shipping. One of the two trees suffered serious damage, which would have been 3 stars, but a customer service rep was very helpful in giving me a 50% refund which helped pay for repair work I did myself. Overall, this is the third purchase I’ve made on the website, and the only damaged product I received. However, the pricing and quality of products will always drive me back to buying something else, but will make me more hesitant in the future on buying things that can possibly suffer damage during the shipping process.

I believe their service have been trustworthy and consistent in their commitments in delivering to the pre-order collections over the years.

Very quick shipping. The Obi-Wan Clone Wars Sideshow box was slightly damaged, but other than that the experience was great! The 15% off was really good.

Ordered a gift for Christmas. Waited a little too late but they kept in contact with me and I got it the day after Christmas. Great price and good quality product!

I was able to find a Funko Pop that was unavailable at other vendors, and I have reserved a Pop, so I am delighted. The Funko Pop arrived in good shape and an excellent shipping package that protected it from rough-handed postal workers.

The only reason I give them 4 stars rather than 5, was the way the products (2 Funko Rock Candy figures) were packed. They weren't packed poorly, just a little precariously in the box. They came in good shape. But, as things go in shipping, the transit company could have easily caused damage to them as they were. I will be keeping them on our check list and would more than likely buy from them again. I'd be interested in visiting the store if I can ever make it back to the midwest area!
