Decent product, terribly run company
This service is extremely unreliable. Their customer support is relatively nonexistent. Customers don't recieve what they order, and get no responses for resolution. Expect damaged items and comics without bag/board. I've been waiting a month for my box with no help on the order. This isn't just me, their Facebook is nothing but similar complaints.
