A Solo-preneur Must!

Clean & intuitive system
Clean & intuitive system and onboarding, with high-quality service level (responsive within 24 hours, if not hours). Have not gone through tax season with them yet but feeling confident so far in their accounting and tax strategy capabilities. My onboarding manager was Shobi, who particularly was pleasant and detailed.

I received a call from the accountant
I received a call from the representative (an actual accountant) less than 24 hours after I asked a question. She was really helpful and answered numerous questions for me.

Best Tax advisor & teacher :)
John has been extremely helpful in educating me on S-corp structures and business taxes overall.
