Watch out for Mark Cole and this company. 1st off you'll see they have 3 different names for the first customer. 2nd off Mark Cole comes across as professional until you call him out on his shadiness. 1st attempt to ship a car he quoted me a price of $675. The day of pick up he said the trucking company can only do it for $900 and made it impossible to get my deposit back. Then he denied the whole thing till I showed him the emails. As a result of me showing him how dishonest he was he hopes all my future car ships would go wrong and my car would be lost. What a loser.

I do not recommend working with Zack Lumiere. He delivered a car to me, which I left at a very cheap price, and when my driver went to pick it up, his client did not want to dispatch the car. This broker disrespected me, called me a liar, and threatened me. He should take classes on how to treat people

They do not know how to communicate!

r! I had my friend on the phone listening to the call on 3-way so she could hear how I was being treated! I don’t know if Stephan knows Friday to Monday is 72 hours so they’re STILL AT FAULT! I didn’t even know who the carrier was until Friday I thought the carrier was Alex and that Mark is the broker and that they do business together because this is what Mark told me. Alex ended up delivering my car Sunday June 15th on Father’s Day which I knew was going to happen because they didn’t want to have to give me that degrading $50 discount! Alex wouldn’t even give me my keys to my car until I gave him the remaining money owed! I got no apologies, no empathy, or explanation from him just a have a good day! This place treats you like crap! The disrespect and lack of communication is something I wouldn’t give to my worst enemy. Stay away from these racist male chauvinist people! They have their contract made up so they’re not at fault for anything they can pick up your car and drop it off whenever they want to and don’t have ti tell you anything! They all cover for each other when in my case the customer was right! They have no remorse and I truly believe all of these good reviews are lies or are from men or people they know that made these reviews up! I know people in this business and was even told they are liable and their truck breaking down is their fault and all customers should’ve been compensated! If you’re a woman and if this is your first time DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!! If you do and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT, they are going to ask you if this is your first time DO NOT SAY YES!!!!

This company is scamming transporters. They dispatch a vehicle as an SUV and when the driver arrived it was a box truck which they knew. Now they changed it on central which you is something you can see on the dispatch history. They knew what they were doing and are now trying to cover their wrong doing. Not taking accountability for their actions, wasting our fuel and time. DON'T RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Beware! This Colibri Auto Transport is a scam company! Alex was the name of the guy I worked with. He quoted me $335 to find a transporter for my mother's Toyota Prius from Colorado to Las Vegas on 4/8/25. They called me and said that they found a carrier and took my CC and said they will charge me $100 on my card and to pay remainder in cash at drop off. They never gave me the carrier's company name or contact number. On 4/8/25, I get a text stating "carrier cancelled and can't transport". Then I called Alex and asked him to remove the Prius from the board, he threatened that he will not remove and that he has 5 business days from 4/8/25 to locate another carrier. He stated that if I hire another company and the car is not available to pick up when he finds another carrier, then I will be billed the entire bill of $335. He stated that the contract with him does not end until 5 business days from 4/8/25. Colibri refused to remove the bid from the board and then continue to keep posting and increasing the price on the board to currently $750 on 4/10/25. I have requested multiple times for Alex to remove the prius from the board and he kept threatening me that if I cancel with him then he will bill me the $335 in full and that he is allowed to keep finding a carrier until 4/15/25 which is 5 business days from 4/8/25. Alex and Colibri Auto Transport is a fraud company and never found a carrier to begin with. I have screen shot and saved all texts and recorded all conversations when speaking to Alex/Colibri Auto Transport to proof to legal authorities of this criminal act from them.

One of the most DISAPPOINTING and FRUSTRATING experiences I've had as a customer. I was considering buying a certain car out of state (I live outside of contiguous US) and received a quote from Colibri/Chelsie for $1600. That made economical sense to me, and I called Chelsie, who confirmed that $1600 was all-inclusive. "In that case," I told her, "I will purchase the vehicle." Chelsie sent me a contract to sign, which I did, then I spent $25k on a car. I reached out to Chelsie to inform her that the car was ready for pick up. She told me it would be picked up within 2 days. Five days later I get a text from Colibri dispatcher Jessica stating that there must have been "a mistake" and that the fee would be $3550. Almost $2000 more! My plea of signing the contract and the fact that had I known the shipping would cost that much, I would have never even bought the car, fell on deaf ears. "Take it or leave it" was her answer. Here I am, 2 weeks later, stuck with a car I cannot afford to ship to my home state. Every time I would try to talk to someone at Colibri, they would pass me to someone else 's voice mail, would never provide me with a channel to escalate the matter, and finally just stopped taking my calls. Worst experience ever! So, if you want to sign a contract only to be up-quoted 120+ % more after the fact, please proceed at your own risk.

I needed a vehicle shipped. They exploded my phone like hungry savages. They had decent reviews. They bid a price of $1050. Took a deposit of $400, Jessica said it was for insurance, whatever. They said they could get it to Utah on time, with a date on contract. They couldn’t get a driver for $1050. But they could for $2100! Whatever, who cares about the price. I needed the truck shipped. Then they send some guy who is supposed to come and can’t come. Date goes by. A new driver comes unexpectedly, says he will send me COI and that he is leaving for Utah the next day(it was a Monday). The next day, no COI, no response from driver, no response from Colibri. Finally I talk to dispatch on Thursday, as I’m on my way to Utah to receive vehicle and pay for it. It hadn’t left yet. Naturally I had to rent a car and went all the way to Utah, no truck arrival. They tell me it will now be there Monday. On Monday I lose patience, finally talk to absent broker. Truck is broken down in New York. Lies. I call the trucking company the next day and tell them I’m coming to pick up truck and they are clearly nervous and I tell them I’m coming regardless and now all of a sudden truck is in Massachusetts. Liars can’t remember their lies. Picked up truck from shipper, asked Colibri for a refund and gave them option to make it right and they declined. So here we are.
