Did not get paid for services
I did not get paid for the full amount of time that I used for the assignment. VisaSQ/Coleman short-changed me the amount I am being paid. Dont ask for advisors if you are not willing to pay the full amount for their expertise!!! I am also sending a response to the member services email with details.

After Writing review for VisasQ
After Writing review for VisasQ, they have blocked my account. Despite writing to customer support several times, they are not at all responding.

We also tried to send you an email and the Outlook delivery system states that, "There is a problem with the recipient's email system. More than one person has this email address. Incredibly petty company. I gave them an hourly rate, they paid me per minute.
I was approached to consult on a topic I have a lot of expertise in. I signed up and after a little back and forth, a session was booked between me and their client. The system was a bit unclear and finicky but eventually we got started. I provided a lot of value and the client was happy. When I was submitting my invoice, imagine my surprise when their system has logged a 59 minute call and deducts $4 from my hourly rate. Just so petty and unprofessional. If you want to attract and retain experts whose knowledge you can sell, don't shortchange like that. It's not about the actual money. It just makes the company look cheap and petty. Not consulting for them again

Had a very bad experience
Had a very bad experience. The arbitrarily reduced the engagement time shaving off money from the fee. Their client had issues with the sound and moved me back and forth between PC and Phone. I spent my time accomodating his problems. They then just measured time spent on a call and reduced fee. Another point that makes it feel like a reap-off. Never-ever offer any insight at the beginning of the call. The client is incentivized to drop the call and then you are paid proportionally based on time spent on the phone. This is like call center agent fee, not a knowledge worked. You will lose out and be paid peanuts.

Absolutely terrible experience with…
Absolutely terrible experience with Visa/Coleman. They completely messed up the very first consultation process. The initial call was cancelled and rearranged 3 different times before it finally happened, which already showed a huge lack of organization and respect for clients’ time. What’s even worse is that after more than a week, I still haven’t received any information regarding the payment, despite repeatedly writing to them asking for updates. Communication has been extremely poor throughout the whole process. Very unprofessional, unreliable, and frustrating to deal with. I would strongly recommend staying away from this company.
