After registering and trading on this exchange, I was prohibited from withdrawing funds; the same day they were checked from my mobile app; but I was told to wait 7 days; after 7 days, I clarified what had happened with my check, and when I could withdraw my funds, To which they replied that nothing is with them and they are waiting for all the videos and photos with me to be sent by mail again. I sent them everything again, expected 7 days, they just say wait and everyone doesn’t withdraw my funds for more than 15 days now

They stole $3400 from me. Could not withdraw funds unless I deposited another $10,000. Absolute Scam. Stay away. I communicated with coinw.com and shared my bad experience. It appears I was scammed and it was not their site although the beginning was coinwynx. com. That was the scam. Check out all crypto websites with Google. Save your money.

DP gave an aid to my withdrawals

I really wanted to be a regular user of CoinW’s whole range of features; however, to make a withdrawal seems near impossible. It goes into on hold and review status and sits there with a probability of the withdraw being rejected. Then, customer service seems absent. On an otherwise great place why is it like this. Can CoinW survive in this condition?

When I tried to make a withdraw from Coinw they said I need to pay taxes before I can make a withdraw. Is this legit or not?

Hello, end of last year got connected with CoinW and than with Trust Wallet, not sure how one cannot yes each is separate , when I have funds in CoinW which are frozen and when I was able to transfer funds to Trust wallet, I am not able to transfer or withdraw funds. When trying to retrieve funds, I am told to send 15% of total in order to get my crypto. Anyone else in the same situation? Thanks for listening.

Despite my on line due diligence ( lots of fake and unverified reviews and comments ) it seems I may have been a victim of a romance scam involving and Asian woman and CoinW application who contacted me on social media and indicated she works for a large firm in the US. We chatted ( including face time and live chats ) She also sent me her Driver License and Green card - - it all seemed legit to me at the time - And she indicated a desire to teach me about Crypto investing. At the request of the Asian woman I downloaded the CoinW app and in the beginning things worked out well. I was able to fund the account, made some money doing my own trades and was able to process small withdrawals ( under 3k ). However, things appear to have turned sour when I attempted to redeem a larger amount. I contacted customer support using telegram to review my withdrawal and enquire about the timing of the release or transfer of my funds - Customer Service then replied it was request denied and my account was frozen until I paid 19K in tax within 30 days and if not my account would be considered abandoned and my funds sent to HKMA ( Hong Kong ) The Asian is bewildered and indicated nothing like this has ever happened before and will do what she can to help come up with a solution. I then decided to contact CoinW using their email support centre, I sent a screen shot of my CoinW app - long story short it is NOT CoinW legitimate app and I was using a scam app made to look like a CoinW platform - Still remain hopeful a solution can be arranged -
