We are truly sorry to hear about your experience. We fully understand how distressing this situation must be for you and your family, especially given the circumstances. Unfortunately, there has been a rise in fraudulent schemes impersonating legitimate platforms and individuals, and it deeply saddens us when vulnerable users are targeted in this way. Please note that CoinW has no affiliation with any individual named Jane or Jenny Ma, and we do not conduct investment solicitations or request users to provide personal bank details or pay additional taxes to withdraw funds. These are clear signs of impersonation and fraud. If you believe you were misled by someone pretending to be associated with CoinW, we strongly urge you to: Report the incident to your local authorities and cybersecurity crime units. Submit a detailed report to our official support email: [email protected] so we can investigate and assist further. Do not share any further personal or financial information with the individual or website involved. We understand the emotional and financial toll this can take, and we remain committed to helping you in any way we can. Please be assured that your case will be taken seriously. If you have any screenshots, wallet addresses, or transaction records, please include them in your report to help our team verify and trace any fraudulent activity. Wishing you and your wife strength and support during this difficult time.
