Placed order on March 9,2026. Payment was charged to my credit card. Reached out two weeks later to inquire about my order and no response. April 1,2026, canceled the order. Over 3 weeks with not even shipping the product? Sad! Take care of your customers or someone else will.

When I placed my order on March 5th, you don't hear anything from them. They take your money out right away, but they don't send you any information as to when it is being shipped. When you try to cancel it, they won't cancel even though it has not been shipped. Bad business practice to ignore customers. Will contact BBB to see if there is any complaints or if there is anything I can do. It is March 16th, and still no response.

Ordered on 2-7-2026. I emailed them after two weeks of no communications. They said was shipping on 2-23-2026. Contacted them AGAIN on 2-27-2026 nothing from them on tracking. All I ever got was we are sorry for the delay and are working on it. Basically a "canned" response. So I then had to ask for a refund since the order was outside their stated delivery window. Which they did...BUT ZERO communications UNLESS I initiated it.

I received an email that redirected me to coinstv.net. Once I got to the advertised page, it was selling for $80 what was a $20 piece of silver coin.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! I ordered a mystery box and received nothing!! I email them and ask where my purchase is and there response is “it ships within 3-10 business days”. I emailed in another 1-1/2 weeks , same thing. You also can’t read there emails because it’s all jumbled up with the header, I was able to make the headline out. Third email I cancelled my order and reported this scam place. They never tried to explain why it was taking so long. Stay away from this site!! No good!

There are so many unreliable platforms out there and this is one of them. I have my currency ceased for several months. The regular demands for my personal information have now become irritating. At this point. 𝙂𝙖𝙖𝙧𝘿 𝙞𝙤 it’s worth it Issues like slow transactions, stopped coins, and high transaction fees were resolved within a few days.𝙂𝙖𝙖𝙧𝘿 𝙞𝙊

Placed my first big order of $400 in February. It was delayed at USPS in Charlotte. Coinstv reordered it for me on March 20th. Again delayed in Charlotte. I call today to follow up for the 10th time and magically it was delivered on the 5th. Nothing in my mailbox. They tell me to file a claim with the USPS. Apparently the tracking says it was delivered. Go to the post office and now have to file a missing mail claim. Unfortunately, it was only insured by Coinstv for $100. So now I am out my coin order. And if the USPS says the claim is valid I would recieve $100. Please think twice before purchasing from this company. I have since gone to Mints and other shops who only send it certified so it must be signed by me in order to deliver the package.

Coin TV is nothing but a rip-off I ordered $200 worth of gold coins and they send me eight plastic cards with a teeny tiny bit of what might be gold in it I contacted them and told not what I expected and would like my money back they asked me to send a picture and I did then they ghosted me now they're not answering my requests for refund I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and continue to campaign against this company don't get ripped off don't buy from coinsTv.
