Just received a text from Coinsource saying my status has been updated to “blacklist”. Very funny considering I haven’t used them since they literally stole $165 from me, over a year ago. Stay away from this company, far, far away.

Do not use this service They lie to you and say you will receive your BTC in under 60 minutes and then it just never comes.

They deserve 0 stars I have deposited thousands on this atm and its never a smooth process. They need to be shut out of business for playing with peoples money for so long and promising to send your money within "60" minutes it's complete BS and lies. I have been waiting for a deposit for almost 2 days now and also lost the opportunity to purchase an NFT thanks to Coinsource and their horrible service. I really wish I could have gave 0 stars for this trash company. 3FWyHRfk18FBUErh9Ha3ku8sncRXKNkuoe 9/26/2022 04:14:02 they said 60 minutes max and its been 2 days.

I deposited $1,000 at a Coinsource ATM with the promise of a deposit within 5 minutes. That 5 minutes then turned into 60 minutes. It has now been a week with no resolution. I have contacted Coinsource over 100 times via chat, phone, and email support and they immediately deny any requests into what is happening. They claim there are "delays within the Bitcoin network," however, this has been investigated, and Coinsource hasn't even begun to process the transaction yet. They are in breach of contract, and refuse to let me formally cancel the contract and request a refund. They state they are unable to cancel the payment, even though the terms of service clearly state they are capable of it. Due to these delays, and the fluctuating price of the underlying asset, I will now be receiving roughly half of the money I put in. Something VERY shady about this company. I’ve done numerous transactions with them(only because they are the most convenient to use location wise). Not one time have they delivered on their promise of 60 minutes or less. Most times I wait DAYS not hours. Same scripted response…delays in the blockchain. What?! No other company, that I’m aware of, experience these “delays”. I can see maybe a couple hours during busy times but DAYS??!! This place needs to be looked at because they’re locking up a lot of money for long periods of time. I would recommend staying far away from Coinsource.

I have been waiting over 24 hours for my transaction. Which still hasn't entered the Blockchain. IMO they don't even have coins to sell. Completely terrible. They just copy paste the same answer. This is RIDICULOUS. "We completely understand the frustration the delay is causing and our team is hard work trying to get this resolved. Unfortunately we are still experiencing delays with transactions. The things confusion you are feeling is understandable. Please take note that once the delay is cleared, the transaction will be processed appropriately and to the wallet that was scanned at the time of the transaction. We appreciate your patience in this matter." Lol.... What delay???? TWENTY. FOUR. HOURS. Hasn't hit the Blockchain? These guys are pulling some type of scam, just not sure what.
