I started working with this exchange, the first 3 days were fine, as soon as I increased the deposit and created a second account for my wife, and began trading from it too, the exchange blocked both accounts. The reason for the blocking was announced as follows: suspicious activity from one IP address (we never received an official response to the email address about the blocking). And also the transaction for withdrawal of TRX coin was suspended. (on the first account for about $1920 and on the second account for $12640) Then followed the extortion of funds: 1. Make a security deposit - and your account will be fully unblocked. 2. Make a deposit verification by the transaction protocol - and your account will be unblocked and verified within 48 hours. 3. Make a deposit for a 30% tax, from the deposit that was made before - here is a completely fictitious tax of 30%, where did they even get such a figure, while constantly telling that now your account will be verified and unblocked within 1 hour, then 1-3 hours. 4. Then they demanded screenshots of the deposit of funds to their exchange, a selfie with a passport and a piece of paper with the date, and also to write the origin of those funds that were deposited to them. We have fulfilled all their conditions for making deposits, but the accounts are still blocked, the transaction for withdrawing TRX coins has not been completed either. The total amount of blocked funds on two accounts is $ 47,000 (Vitalii Grybovskyi account and Natalia Grybovska account). They communicate only in their support chat, they have not responded to the email, official responses regarding the reason for blocking and the reason for not unblocking the accounts, after fulfilling all their requirements, have not been received by email either. They are cleaning up the correspondence in their support chat, deleted all messages where they demanded to make these deposits and their exact amounts. There are screenshots of the withdrawal of funds to their exchange wallets, there are wallet addresses to which the funds were transferred. There is some part of the correspondence (correspondence and communication in the chat were conducted in Russian). If necessary, I can provide all this.
