Complaint Regarding Missing Friend Invite Reward and Refund Request Dear Coin Master Support, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a missing reward from the “Friend Invite” event in Coin Master. I invited a completely new player — my mother — using my personal invite link. She fulfilled all the required conditions correctly, yet I still have not received the promised reward. I contacted your support many times already, but my messages have been ignored. I demand that my reward be credited immediately, as it should have already been paid yesterday. I repeat once again: this is my mother. She does not play games, and she downloaded Coin Master for the first time only because of me. She joined through my invite link and reached a level higher than Village 2 exactly as required by your event conditions. At this moment, we both feel deceived by your game system and by the lack of proper support. Because I did not receive the reward that rightfully belongs to me and because your support team failed to resolve this issue, I also request a full refund of the money I spent on this game. Event details: Event name: Friend Invite My invite friend link: ### Friend (my mother) joined successfully: Game ID: 8cecd826-8e7c-4689-a961-37c33050d44e My Game ID: 4f3096c8-0050-4e2c-b7ed-2f65d7bca175 Mother’s device information: * iOS version: 26.3.1 (a) * Device model: iPhone 11 * Model number: NWLT2ZD/A * Serial number: DX3DCGHLN735 My device information: * Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra * Model: SM-S908B/DS * Serial number: R5CTB1KWKBB I expect an immediate investigation and resolution of this matter, including: 1. Payment of the missing Friend Invite reward. 2. Refund of the money I spent on the game if the issue is not resolved immediately. Sincerely, N. Pamsevas

I started with 20k and won 80k. I played a 10 spins and stopped to do other things. I played Thor wheel for 7.2 spins and then went to the boss fight. When I exited my score remained the same but I lost 80k spins. Your customer service claimed I spent 3,379 spins at 1500 and somehow got nothing? I spent 30k after that and got 8k on a 150 spin. I can do simple math. You are claiming the impossible. That... or your game is so rigged you can spend 3,379 spins at 1500 and not get a single pineapple.

Gioco bellissimo innovativo e divertente

They take rewards from you from previous game when it's suppose continue, they ignore you when you ask where they have gone, prizes are rubbish for completing a village, packages are expensive, playing against bots so you spend more to try complete a card set, avoid this game and save your money
