Thomas from Coincado performed a miracle in restoring lost cryptocurrency for me. He was understanding, patient, and very knowledgeable. While working, he also provided advice and education regarding cryptocurrency use. He even helped me install a beneficial program on my computer. His fees were more than reasonable, and it was clear he was ethical, and could be trusted with personal information. He didn't ask for unnecessary information. I can't recommend him enough.

I purchased my Theta Tokens about 4 years ago & transferred them to MEW right away. They stayed there for 2+ years. I then sent them to my Ledger Nano S where they stay untouched for another 2 years. Thomas helped me transfer them over to my Theta Wallet. I thought I missed the opportunity to take advantage of the 5:1 Theta Fuel to Theta last year. I recently met Thomas through a trusted friend at a time when a scammer infiltrated my computer. Thank God for him because I was unaware of what had happened and the time it did; since the person who did it pretended to be a customer service help from the platform. It was late in the evening when Thomas and I engaged to review the matter. However, his display of patience and grace truly helped me to salvage what was left behind. He was able to sell the coins and recover whatever USD there was, and returned it to my account. Meeting and working with Thomas was a blessing.

I met Thomas through the Rotary Club. He volunteered to repair and setup 100s of donated Laptops that went out to Orphanages and poor families who didn't had a computer at home so their kids could attend virtual classes and study from home. Thomas went above and beyond in this charity project and even paid for most spare parts out of his own pocket. One day I visited him in his apartment and it was pretty obvious that this guy was a crypto fanatic. Displays everywhere, a collection of old Bitcoin Miners etc. I wanted to get into crypto a while ago but never took the plunge. Thomas was very enthusiastic and showed me how to buy crypto with the least amount of fees, setup a coldstorage for me and keeps me in the loop on what coins to buy or sell. Thanks again Thomas!

Struggled for years with my Ledger Nano, terrible coin support, can't stake most of my coins. Thomas set me up with a Linux based Coldstorage which is secured via password and 2 Factor Authentication. Now all my cryptos are in one place and cold staked. Would definitely recommend!
