Es una estafa, cobrar comisiones por enviar crypto deberia de ser ilegal. No recomendable

Hello. We’re sorry this happened, and we understand why you’re upset. However, please note that Coin Wallet is a self-custodial wallet, meaning only the wallet owner (the person who generated or imported the wallet on their device) controls the funds, recovery phrase, and private keys. We do not have access to users’ wallets, and no one can access a wallet unless the recovery phrase is shared. Unfortunately, scammers sometimes tell people to download a crypto wallet as part of their scheme, for example, by showing fake “profits,” asking users to deposit more to “unlock” withdrawals, or manually adding fake tokens that have no real value. These scams are external and are not caused by the wallet itself. A helpful way to think about it, if a scammer contacts someone through email or social media, that doesn’t make the email provider or social platform a “scam” it’s simply a tool the scammer used. The same applies here. We take user safety seriously and continuously work to educate users and improve protections against these kinds of scams. If you have more questions, please contact us at [email protected].

We understand how frustrating it is to see a high fee relative to a small transfer. Transaction fees are set by the blockchain network based on current activity, not by Coin Wallet, and they don’t scale proportionally with the amount you send, so small transfers can make the fee look unusually high. Please reach out to us at [email protected] , and our team will be happy to assist you.

Do you know that if anything goes wrong with the transactions, they won't refund anything? There was a day when usdt changed the fees and I tried 4 times to transfer my funds as I normally did but the funds turned back, there's no any records about his in my transaction history, but each attempt I got charged the fees that weren't returned. I contacted them, they replied explaining that there are some changes on fees, trx increased from 20 to 30 trx per transaction, and it's resolved please try again. I tried with the updated fee - all was good. so I asked - so what the fees I paid for the transactions that weren't processed (due to their fault obviously), and they replied shortly - 'Unfortunately, we can't refund that.' So, this is what you should expect if you lose anything due to their fault, such a scam 'user-oriented approach'.

Hello, I understand your frustration, losing money on fees is never a good experience. However, I need to clarify how these fees work. Coin Wallet does not charge or keep transaction fees. These fees are paid directly to the blockchain network (the miners or validators) to process your transfer. Even if a transaction fails or runs out of energy on the network, the blockchain still keeps the fee for the attempt. Since we never received that money, we cannot refund it. It was consumed by the network itself. We updated our estimates as soon as the network raised the fees to prevent this from happening again.
