DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They do NOT allow returns! Cheap fabric, ill-fitting clothing, poor sizing, and not American made or distributed. The products come from a Chinese location and took forever to receive on your be thoroughly disappointed.

Beware before ordering from this company. Their phone# is, (607) 438-3498, but is not advertised. “Coiloa,” actually falls under a head company, “Soto.” I regret giving it any stars, but had to do so in order to write this review. I was under the impression that this is a USA company; it is NOT. I was under the impression that the materials used are high-end; they are NOT. One shirt I ordered had a vinyl design on it. I had an impossible time trying to secure a, “Refund Form,” that cannot be e-mailed to the customer. After dialing the above phone #, I was directed by a customer representative to allow him access to my, “Team Viewer,” which would then give him access to the most personal of my information; I declined. He hung up on me. I called him back and questioned why he hung up. I was told, “I didn’t want to waste your time,” and that, “I’m not looking to make friends at my job.” I told him I was going to file a dispute with American Express, and then I hung up. I did call Amex, and entered a dispute of charges. I am hanging onto the order until Amex directs me as to what to do with it. Again, I urge you to NOT do business with this company. They gladly take your order, thereby your $$$, and then assume you are stuck with it! What is most disturbing is that in order to obtain a Return Form, you have to put your personal information at risk; DO NOT do this!!!

Items were not as expected. Material used is very low quality. Most items are going directly to the thrift store. Extremely disappointed and will never order from here again.

Do not buy anything from this company. i ordered dresses based on pictures and probably fake reviews. This is a Chinese company. The dresses are poorly made, the fabric is cheap and there does not seem to be a way to return the dresses and receive a refund. I emailed the company 3 times, no reply, and I am not anticipating being able to get a refund. I blame myself for nor researching the negative reviews on this company before making a purchase. Buyer beware!

See review for Sosaina. This company runs multiple websites with the exact same product, descriptions and pictures, on Facebook. Also the same: Addittya, Derandy, Hoseill, Seterila, Tiarine, Cholith, VanIvis, Maladia, and I’m sure many others. It only took a 10-minute search on Facebook to find these.
