PROS Easy to use - easy to learn Better in terms of flexibitliy than google forms (example the ability to set answer limits per choice for each question) Clear interface and friendly enough to the user CONS Lacks statistical and easy representation of collected responses No options to customise fonts, add images or other cosmetic choices OPINION Cognito has much room to develop, it is reliable, not the best tool to present fancy surveys but highly flexible and reliable, more than other similar tools. So it is a YES for using it for business purposes.

I have apps that manage my invoices that I would like to use for cognito forms too. Those apps usually are specialized to process import datea in certain formats. Like from the online-shop at my jimdo homepage-shop. Do you think it is possible to export the Data from cognito forms so that they match other popular shop Data formats like the jimdo shop or shopify data format? At the moment I unfortunately have to convert the data format manually for the import. Best wishes, Tobias

I wanted a form to add to my website to replace a home visit and fact find for a Clients Will and Estate planning. Starting with a simple name address capture and now have moved on to questions that use many features of the free package that I have. I did move up to the next level as I wanted clients to be able to save and return as well. A few teething problems down to me learning about formulas and conditional questions, but all sorted now. I highly recommend starting with the free version and see if that will do. My only gripe is it is a bit "stale" to look at especially if you want the fonts/colours to match the site. It does go a long way towards it, but it definitely looks like an outside add on. The capture and notification of data received is also really good. The only other reason I moved to a higher package is the cross-referring of data from one form to another to save clients reentering things twice,but I have yet to play with that.
