Cognito FormsReviews of cognitoforms.com

I really like the features that cognito forms offers, there is only one feature that I am missing and it´s development I like to see in the near future: flexible filling of the forms when shared with a different user. Meaning that when I sent out a form, instead of the only available option, to fill out the form immidiatly, the user could also see all questions and go back to them at a later time to fill out the missing gaps.

It does make completing forms more organized, of course all the good options are paid subscriptions but at least I can get what I need from the free subscription. It's not fancy, just a form to complete and stay organized.

I love how user friendly this program is. The tutorials online usually cover all my questions, but when they don't the staff is very prompt in responding to my inquiries.

Only reason it has not received 5 stars is because I will have issues while I’m writing a form once in awhile. I have saved a form when I needed a break and gone back, for some reason it had an error entering. And other times my computer would close due to inactivity and I would have to start all over (that’s when I learned to save the form). Even after saving it I had an issue submitting.

Excellent app

Great front end to build the form. Amazing user experience who are filling the form. However the reporting of the entries is not good enough. - Unable to share in an easy way to involved organisers who are not tech savvy. - Require better methods to group the information entrred from the guests fields (where user can add multiple guests) I am using it now and will continue for another month, however may not use it due to above limitations.

To develop the forms were very easy. Although when I transferred the forms to a program Prezio, the forms were not interactive. Which that would of been wonderful. I was new to both programs. Thank you for suppling a start for the project for my classwork.

Form Design is easy, yet I am still trying to see how I could use the form for scheduling volunteer hours with my job. I would like to use cognito for scheduling, but I'm only allowed to limit the quantity on certain types of multiple choices.
