I want to give Cognito more stars & would be more than happy to speak to someone as to why. First time user- can see how it can be a super helpful tool when linked to payment. I was thankful beyond measure for the youtube tutorials. The cognito product is not intuitive or first-time user-friendly ( imo). Initially because of the challenges/ difficulty in figuring out cognito; I wanted to and almost ended up using google forms! As well when exporting the info: i had columns of info I did not need . And had no idea how to obtain the info I did need. Frustration aside- cognito has a lot of potential. I just wished I could have tap ped into it.

Dear Jennifer, As I am completing the Cognito forms, I am not sure if I am sending this to the job seekers or are we completing in person at deskside. I put my personal email to see if it send an incomplete forms to me, but I didn't see it. Overall, the format and interactive of the forms are very clear and useful. BTW, I am not sure how to print the forms afterward for hard copy recordkeeping. I also found the videos are very informative. I am looking forward to seeing the demonstration of the process. We fell in love with Cognito forms when we first started building forms. All the options and possibilities are extremely useful and it helped us build a very precise and intelligent form. However, there are some inconveniences... We use our forms in a postsecondary institution in order to schedule exam appointements for students who require accommodations. In our form we built a part for the student, a part for (us) internal reviewing of the request and a last part for the professor to provide exam information. The first problem we encountered was the date rule. We wanted request to be sent 7 days prior to the exam date, but had to remove this rule as we could not override it to accomodate exceptions. Also, we nor the professors could fill or modify the form because of the 7 day restriction. It would prevent resubmission if the modifications were applied outside of the 7 day period. The following issue we encountered had to do with forwarding the forms to the professors. At first, we were able to send them a link with a personalised message directly from cognito form (had to copy/paste the text). However, with the changes made following the addition of "workflow", it was no longer possible. We had to generate the link and copy paste it in an email. It didn't look as presentable and was alot more time consuming. In fact, if the email option could be brought back with a possibility to pre-program/automate the message without copy/pasting (while still being able to modify it before sending) that would be perfect. Furthermore, we were hoping to be able to use the different statuses to keep track of the progress of every request/entry. However, it came to our attention that if the status of the entry was changed to anything other than "incomplete", the professors were unable to fil their parts of the form (the link would not work). As a matter of fact, if we could have custom status categories and colors, that would be very interesting. Another thing that would have been useful, is the ability to lock/block the student's portion of the form when sent to the professors in order to avoid them changing any information by mistake. This could be a feature that would be controlled internally before sending the link. Very sorry for the length of this feedback. Those are just a few comments and observations that come to mind. We're still new to this platform, so we might observe more and discover other features as we continue to use this product. All in all, very interesting.

I expected to receive emails when someone filled in a form so I was able to get in contact with them straight away. Not having emails has meant the leads I generated through my form and link, ended up waiting a week or 2 before I realised there were entries.

The Templates are very useful.

I was looking to build a form that is complex - maybe I don't fully understand what I needed to do, your system was not immediately easy or intuitive for me to navigate to build that form, so after a small attempt I abandoned your service. I thought it felt a bit small, as in the font style and I didn't think I would be able to easily achieve what I wanted

I really like the platform. Forms are easy to build and the sections are easy to edit. I do wish that they had more variety for pre-made forms to use for my industry. I hate an account through jot forms and find their pre-made templates are way more extensive. Despite this having the account with cognito is definitely worth it

Wish you could provide more payment integration options. A lot of shops in the Philippines use Cognito Forms but the local payment options such as GCASH (like Venmo) and Paymongo (can be integrated in shopify) can't be linked here. it would make our payment transactions so much faster.
