The process of building forms is easy, clear, and straight forward. When help is needed, the customer service staff are polite, professionals and reply to my questions promptly.

My experience with the platform was efficient. I navigated the platform easily to build my form. The components to build my form were intuitive. I especially appreciate being able to re-order the components.

I like how easy the forms are to use. There are free forms available. The data is collected in an easy-to-read spreadsheet, and I am notified via email when a new form submission is in.

Easy to sign up easy to build forms.

So far so good.
