Cognito FormsReviews of cognitoforms.com

Rules need to be buildable. I shouldn't be able to select this option without first selecting that option.

The form has little control of formatting, compressing items Lines between sections and the print out put looks average compared to competitors

So many times we get chicken chunks and there a reheat there tough and not worth eating for $10 also why can’t you get a small side salad with your fish basket when you don’t want the fries and cold slaw They want to charge you more because they can only substitute the fries because they say the cold slaw doesn’t really count as anything yet it’s on your menu for$2.39 and fries are $1.89 and a side salad is $3.09 do the math Grandkids love to stop there after school but we’ve been disappointed to many times Thank you

Your forms are good but your management is very very bad. Any person click on the "Abuse" button you directly stop the form then you make your investigation, That's not how work is done in the real business You must first investigate because after your investigation you opened our form because as you clearly said we DON NOT HAVE ANYTHING INCORRECT and you opened the form after that you again stopped it then you opened it then you stopped it then ..... What is that? are we playing? is your business real or you are just playing with your customers?

Building forms and arranging the fields is easy and quite flexible (thanks to sections). And the one diamond in the rough is "Repeating Sections", which paired with payment widgets makes for some great, simple eComm. However, Notifications and Confirmation emails are terrible. We cannot customize the field summary at all, and the overall formatting is horrible. No white-labeling option for emails (unless you are on an expensive plan, and then you can only use branded emails for 2 clients before needed another expensive plan). Styling and formatting the forms is also limited and/or overly complicated. For simple forms, (name, email, comments) it might be okay (as you can hide the ugly summary), but you still have to live with the spammy-looking, Cognito-branded no-reply email. I have a paid plan, but will stick with my other forms provider.
