Do not give them your contact Information! I signed up to Check out their Service, found it useless and wanted to delete my profile. It's not possible. Multiple contact tries and no one answers. Does anyone know what legal actions you can take as EU citizen if they don't comply with your right for data deletion?

I can not access their site, but they charge me $89 monthly. Never responded to my emails.

Awful company with 0 communication. Do not give them your card details. Like many others I got charged £79 after a trial I didn't even know I signed up for. I contacted for a refund by had no response. I filed a charge back through my bank and luckily after 3 months, I finally managed to get my money back.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with CoFoundersLab, and I feel compelled to share my story to prevent others from falling victim to their deceitful practices. Recently, I was charged an exorbitant $120 by CoFoundersLab for a service that was never delivered to me. What's even more disheartening is that my attempts to obtain a refund proved futile. It is important to emphasize that CoFoundersLab failed to provide the promised service. Despite paying a substantial amount, I received nothing in return. This not only demonstrates their lack of integrity but also highlights their disregard for their customers' hard-earned money. Furthermore, the inability to secure a refund was an incredibly frustrating experience. I reached out to their customer support team multiple times, explaining the situation and requesting a reimbursement. However, my concerns were met with indifference and an unwillingness to assist. Their unresponsiveness only added insult to injury and confirmed my suspicions that CoFoundersLab prioritizes profits over customer satisfaction. I implore anyone considering using CoFoundersLab's services to exercise extreme caution. My personal encounter with them serves as a cautionary tale, warning others to steer clear of their deceptive tactics. It is crucial to thoroughly research and read reviews from multiple sources before engaging with any company, especially one as untrustworthy as CoFoundersLab. In conclusion, CoFoundersLab's charging of $120 for an undelivered service, coupled with their refusal to provide a refund, showcases their fraudulent practices. I sincerely hope that my review serves as a deterrent, protecting others from falling victim to their scam. Stay vigilant and choose reputable alternatives to avoid the distress and financial loss I experienced with CoFoundersLab.

SCAM! As previously mentioned by other fellows, they charge you a monthly fee for a service that simply doesn't exist and you cannot cancel nor eliminate. You will have to block your credit card.

Horrible experience with CoFoundersLab and sharing here to prevent others from falling victim to their fraud. I signed up for "CoFounders Lab Launch" which was advertised to include premium membership to their site (similar to LinkedIn for founders giving you access to search & filter profiles). I was never given access and reached out multiple times to their team to resolve the issue and cancel my membership (interacted with a gentleman by the name of Sean Walsh who responds to messages from their main inbox). Despite paying $89, I did not receive premium membership to their site and they did not refund and did not cancel my subscription. I subsequently put a block through on my credit card. While I wasn't able to get the $89 back, it blocked subsequent transactions from CoFoundersLab. Very disappointed in the lack of integrity and fraudulent practices of this organization.

It's a scam - avoid CoFoundersLab.com do not provide credit card details! The site was very poorly designed, implemented and is heavily bugged with no site adminstration. The site messaging system is extremely basic and it's support is non-existent. Overall It's an elaborate scamming ecosystem set by group of so called "investors" and "cofounders" whom initially will push sides interested fundraising /cofounding to subscribe to a premium account which charges 3x of what they advertise (with no monthly notifications or invoices) and then as you initiate interacting on the site messaging system - this flags you/ connects you to other scamming investors asking you to subscribe 30k USD$ for non-guaranteed introductions. Please avoid at all costs providing your credit card details and beware they make it impossible unsubscribing from that "service".
