They sent my product to my old address, even though it appeared to be shipping to my new address. When i found this happen, they were easy to call and get a solution to the problem. I placed my order on Dec. 10th and Fed Ex has shipped this package all over the US, today is Dec 18th and I get notice it will deliver on Dec 23rd, I recommend you use a different courier, they are horrible.
