We know this customer and have checked the history of our communication with him. We therefore want to clarify a few points in this review. We completely accept that he may have been unhappy with his experience. However, several statements in the review do not reflect how the service actually works. Codono is a complex software product, and issues can arise depending on the customer's server, configuration, blockchain network, third-party integrations and custom requirements. We do provide support for our customers and work through these issues with them. The $50/hour mentioned in the review refers to additional development work, not to receiving normal support. There is an important difference between fixing/supporting the purchased product and implementing new custom requirements. Like any software company, we charge separately when a customer asks us to develop functionality specifically for their project. We also don't claim that everything is always perfect. If there was a specific issue that wasn't handled properly, we are happy to acknowledge and address it. But describing the product and our entire service based on individual difficulties is, in our view, misleading. Regarding our location, our team is based in India. This has never been something we have tried to hide. We value our customers and take negative feedback seriously. We simply don't think this review gives a fair picture of the actual relationship and support provided. We have the customer's previous communication and would be happy to discuss any specific unresolved issue publicly or directly, based on the actual facts.
