Codeanywhere allows me to set up a test environment in seconds and access it from anywhere. It saves me a lot of time spent in setting up those environments locally. It is also a valuable asset in online training, allowing me to work with environments that I may not have access to locally. It's a valuable and reliable tool for any programmer.

I have been using the Codeanywhere platform for over 7 years now, originally as a free tier member and then as a subscriber, and there has never been a viable alternative that does anything close to what Codeanywhere achieves. Web-based coding makes it easy to manage projects and collaborate on them with others, work directly with FTP or SSH connections, and allows me to share a live link to my container, which is everything I need. Early impressions of the new Theia-based IDE are that it looks like a massive improvement to a platform that already was amazing. Will be continuing to use Codeanywhere as my main IDE for all my web development programming.

Codeanywhere has given me the ability to code from anywhere (who would have guessed it?!) The ability to spin up virtual machines and environments based on what you need is a huge plus, and the always-on environment allows me to test without having to turn it on every time. I always recommend this platform to everyone who asks.

Codeanywhere allows me to get to and manage all my machines from anywhere (pun intended) been using it for over 3 years (used Koding before that, until they stopped). Tried Amazon cloud9 and several others, even remote VS, but none compares to the simplicity of remote connection and quick containers. Very happy costumer and I recommend it

I've been a user for over 10 years - whenever I need to spin up a new demo, prototype or just a playground to try out a feature or two, Codeanywhere is my go-to platform. I haven't needed always-on features much of the time but when I do, I flex my subscription to accommodate my needs. There are plenty of imitators but Codeanywhere is the one for me.
