I was very impressed by talking to Derek, he was very courteous, explained about the product I needed, he answered all my question in a very professional way. He processed my order and it was shipped the same day. I received my car remote today 08/07/2017, for my Chapman Alarm system on my 1994 Honda Accord EX. Instruction to program the remote were very easy to follow. It took me less than a minute to program it. I am now using my new clicker. Thank you guys you are all amazing. I just bought a pre-owned car and the alarm wasn't working. I called to make sure I got the correct one and the person on the phone was very polite and knowledgeable. When I received it, I wasn't sure how to work it. (They provided directions on how to program it, but not how to use it) I had never used one before, so I called again, and got a really nice man that explained how to use it. Works great!! I would recommend this company.
