Horrible, 2 days no room and bathroom cleaned, it's a shame even though I asked for it, I had to buy wipes to do the bare minimum, what a surprise there was a cockroach in the room, for a hotel quite high price? Unbearable…! And I'm not talking about a breakfast of water, milk and dry bread!! What a lack of preparation Never again!

Terrible experience. The room we booked was dirty, had spiders, bed bugs. We raised the mattress, and it was also dirty, full of dust. We couldn't sleep at that hotel in the end

The equipment and furniture here are very bad. Ventilation is dusty, wallpaper is peeling off the wall, it's hard to dial for the shower, mirror is cracked and light bulbs are flashing and squeaking. The TV is also very small.

The restrooms here are pretty tight. Electronic devices that are not used often, especially televisions and hair dryers. Room service has to wait a long time

he hotel here is located in a very crowded place. So it's always very noisy here. My room was here when I got it, it was very filthy . I won't come back here again

I found their tables and chairs very dusty. Looks like they don't clean very often. When I told the staff it took a long time for them to respond. It's terrible

Public swimming pool is so terrible. I'm not sure they change the water often, if your skin is allergic then it's best not to swim

Honestly, I was expecting more from this hotel when I saw it through the app. But when I came here, I was a bit disappointed because it was not as beautiful as in the picture. The space here is quite tight
