Be careful with this company and the product, I ordered a pair, got them after a week and they are faulty, the right earphone doesn’t work and they are even failing to charge, they also make songs in Spotify and YouTube skip automatically without me pressing any buttons. I have contacted the customer service team and they keep telling me I’m doing it wrong and not admitting the item is faulty, I have wasted my money and do not recommend this product or company at all, huge scam people, be careful!

I order 2 months ago a pair of ear buds I never received them and now they told Paypal the were delivered and even game them a false proof😡😡I am done with Paypal too!!this was a big scam!!

Ordered ear buds on Nov 19. I expected it to take a while. Hoped a month was long enough. Now the website has disappeared. Guess I was robbed.

If I could give a negative score I would. No tracking information is available. Sits in dispatch. No communication from customer service. Scammed out of over $40 absolutely pathetic conpany.

TW60 earphones arrived faulty. After 3 emails with no reply how to exchange i have had to go through Paypal. Faulty goods and terrible customer service.

They only last one minute

Ordered 2. One worked the other didn’t. A week later the other one quit working. 5 emails to them with no response. They have now blocked me as I wrote a bad review on Facebook. Stay clear of this company.

Horrible customer service. Ordered the off brand airpods, very poor quality. Tried to send them back and once i finally was emailing a person rather than an automated response, they avoided it when I said i wanted to return the item
