I ordered 3 weeks before Christmas so i could give as presents for my children they say the parcel was delivered Christmas eve - But I have never seen it DO NOT ORDER I THINK THEY ARE SCAMMERS

I bought 2 pairs in November, I opened 1 pair and one of the pods did not work I have emailed the company 5 times now asking for a return address. They have replied each time but are refusing to give me a return address. Each time they have just suggested using a different charger or try pressing the button harder or some other lame advice. Keep away from them !!

Nice website, poor service! I cannot believe they are still on the web market!!! Items ordered never arrived. Sent emails and have not received any answer nor refund! I can’t believe that I didn’t read the reviews from this site before ordering!!! Stay away!!!

Don't do it. Pay a bit more and use a reputable company

bought two pairs on NOVEMBER 18th and they’ve been in Chicago, IL since Nov 27th with no updates other than they’re “stuck in customs”.

Do not order from this company!!! I ordered AirPods which did come before Christmas for my daughter to open but, they didn’t work. Huge waste of time and money as you can not get ahold of anyone via email and couldn’t return them for credit anyhow because of 30 day return policy.

I am only putting 1 star because I would not be able to add a review! This company is a hoax! They take your money and do not deliver your item. I ordered air pods which I needed before Christmas and noticed that I never received an email confirmation for my order nor any tracking information. When I emailed customer support, they said it usually takes 24-48 hours before they ship any item as it has to be tested. I then replied back and told them that it has already been over 48 hours and it should have been shipped already. They replied with a link to “track my item” which directed me to an Asian website. I immediately called my bank to dispute the charge on my account. It has been over 2 weeks and never heard back from them and never received the air pods

Don’t order. Buyer beware!!! Ordered 3 pairs beginning of November 2019 and still haven’t got them as of December, 29, 2019. Have emailed them and messaged them on Facebook but they deleted their page.
