My initially order turned up damaged, where the stitching was coming away. However contacted customer services, whom were very speedy in their response and sent out a replacement straight away.

Lovely product which has been bought for a baby shower so usage, longevity, usability etc has not yet been tested. Delivery took quite a while (US to UK). But time will tell. Looks very cute so I am hopeful it will be useful to the parents.

The seat is well made, but a few things would make the seat better: 1. The straps to hold the seat down need to be a bit longer or adaptable to a longer length. Also, I believe an extra strap to hold the seat to the bottom of the high chair or shopping cart would make it more secure. 2. For those infants who are not sitting well, they slide down towards the leg openings, so a three point harness to keep the hips and shoulders in the seat would prevent that major slide down towards the leg openings. A strap around the waist is not enough to keep them in the seat. 3. The cushioning is fantastic and just the right size to fit standards restaurant half high chairs (meaning no back to the high chair). For a baby who is sitting well, it is a great addition to cushion their bottom. Haven't tried it on a shopping cart.

product is good, really expensive. baby can stay/sit in it longer than without it. thumbs up.

I really love this product and my baby is much more comfortable in both high chairs and shopping carts! My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the velcro straps tend to make it difficult to setup for one person. Changing the straps on the sides to buckles would make this product quite a bit faster and easier to setup.

I love the design the only thing I would improve in the side and make them stronger as my baby is leaning to one side so will have to put a cushion tk help support her till she's strong enough tk support herself

So far so good! Easy to travel with, easy set up, fits everywhere we have tried so far. Baby is comfortable in it. Skeptical about keeping it clean—TBD.

Love the seat! Works great! Very well made. Shipping took a long time, but I would order again.
