Site was pretty easy-to-use. I realize it's the end of the season, but it was frustrating that several items that the site indicated were in stock, actually were not. I need the additional suits for physical therapy...still waiting for delivery. Customer service really tried to help find substitutions. Overall on a 1 to 10, I'd rate my experience 7. The stars don't tell the whole story.

Great suite , slow shipping. I paid $16.99 extra for 2-day air shipping. What it does not state next to that option is that it is business days only. I ordered on Thursday expecting the suit on Saturday (needed for a trip to Mexico). I received the suit on Monday around 5:30 pm. I had it in time for my trip , but if I didn't fit I would have to run somewhere that night to have to find another suit. Was leaving early on Tuesday morning. So, order with time to spare, who knows how long regular shipping would take.
