I purchased a swim suit top. About a week later I received an email that it's not available and will not be restocked. This prevented me from obtaining the item from another store that had the item available at the time I purchased from coco reef swimwear. So, now I'm without the top I needed to match my bikini. Don't shop here. Waste of time.

It took several days after my order was confirmed to be informed that the item I ordered was not available. At this point it was too late to order from another site befotre I left on my trip. It should have informed me at time of order it was not available instead of accepting and confirming my order!

I purchased a full Bathing suit and only received the top, it was gigantic and very outdated looking. I will be returning asap

I have not received my order yet. I checked the UPS site and it was within 10 miles of here and somehow rerouted. I'm hoping this will be resolved this week. As I'm very disappointed with your service. Sandy

I ordered 4 bathing suits online, received in the package only three (nicely wrapped) but packing slip showed four. Contacted customer service via chat and was told they will send the missing item but only after contacting them again twice was I sent the product (online chat did not know what customer service via email has promised me - no communication!). Received fourth item. Returned three and got a credit for 2! I asked for the refund of the third and was told it was damaged (in fact I tried on the smaller size which fit perfect so I never even have worn it!). Only after advising I will contact AX to dispute the charge did they credit me back. I am outraged that they would accuse me of damaging a bathing suit that I have never worn! I will never order there again - or purchase their products! There are plenty of other great companies out there!

In June of this year I purchased from Macy's a Coco Reef Long and Lean Tankini with floating u-wire bra, molded cups and draped body top. It fits well; as well as the five Coco Reef suits I own (all the same size). So when I noticed on your website that there was a long and lean tankini with floating u-wire, molded cups and draped body top, same as what i already owned, but in a different pattern I had no qualms about ordering it online from your website. The tankini top I ordered from your website does not fit. Even though it is the exact same style and size as the one I already own, just a different color. It is too small. I am annoyed. I just paid USPS $10.44 to return the top which I believe was a mis-marked size. I will not purchase from your website again.
