We have been using CoCon for about 4 years now to control and manage remodeling projects in the Raleigh NC area. We have clients who hire us because of the organization it brings to the project especially the communications platforms. Our trade contractors have easily bought into the system and some of them even work for other GC's who are also using CoCon. Customers and trades all find the platform easy to navigate, even those clients who are not very computer literate. If you can reply to an email, you can use the system. We have also implimented the PO system for our trades and some of our vendors which is helping to identify cost over runs and not miss opportunities to catch items that are change orders to the customer.

Co-Construct is an amazing construction software with an amazing support staff. They are always listening to us builders and improving the product the way we want!

We have been using Co-Construct for the last 5 years. Before we decided to try out Co-construct, we tested out at least three other competitors. This company looked it would fit our needs best. We are a small general construction company with a heavy emphasis on customer communication that has us very "hands-on" with our clients. Co-Construct did not disappoint us on any level. From initial training to ongoing customer service, we have felt like they have been on point. We have seen many significant revisions and updates as the years have gone by, and all have been a direct result of their customer, us, requesting new and better functionality. We feel like they are truly a critical part of our team and responsible for, in a significant way, our on going success. Thank you Donny, and all the fabulous Co-Construct team!

I like the features that are offered but there is soooo much that I still haven't been able to successfully navigate and can't afford the trip to any of the training. I would love to be able to utilize the proposal, invoicing, contracts etc. as well as better grasp the way to build templates and the data (formulas) to be used for budgets.

The app needs a lot of work. The text boxes dont work correctly and the majority of the time I am just waiting for the app to load. Its not my phone or service, its the app. I like the idea and we enjoy a lot of the features, but the app needs a serious overhaul or upgrade. Also, we should be able to put pictures in our proposals, thats a big deal that we cant do.

Great service I wish the accounting worked better and change orders were able to be exported via estimate/invoice and not directly to invoice so we would have real accurate budget vs actual. This is why we are not able to utilize the accounting functions which is disappointing. I keep hoping an update will correct this issue.

CoConstruct has been a game changer for us and over the past three years, we have layered on each of the 25 features into our organization which is allowing us to keep up with the new enhancements and features they continue to release. I consider the CoConstruct system and their team as a true and critical partner to our operations and ability to manage complex projects and timelines.

Coconstruct has literally transformed our business. Our customers, architects, and my staff absolutely love it. It was easy to learn even for me as a down to earth, hands-on builder. I highly recommend making the switch to streamline everything!. The customer service from coconstruct is outstanding with clear instructions for us down to earth fellas. If I was objective about one thing, and only one thing, then I would say I'm disappointed that it does not fully intergrade with Xero. Please get this sorted guys.
